I'm love looking at decorating blogs. And they are FREE unlike magazines! I feel like I can see what other people's houses look like and I can steal some lovely ideas ( or at least try to make something look like theirs dose) I love tutorials on the blogs, showing how to make various cool decorating accessories. Why do some people have a knack for grouping things and it looks wonderful but if some of us try the same, it looks like a pile of junk, or it looks like a pile of stuff you forget to put away? And do any of them have husbands who walk into the house and plunk a pile of mail or their lunchbox right on top of a display we so artistically arranged? And when they go to garage sales do their husbands go with them and say things like "Why are you buying that?" " What do you need THAT for?" " Where are you going to put that?" or even " Thats hideous"? They can't help it , poor dears. The don't see the world we do. We nest. They bring home meat to the nest.

Yes, you so know, she bought this old frame at a garage sale or somewhere, and spray painted it or something and added the mat and presto! Work of wall art!!
Enough decorating envy, painkillers seem to be kicking in, going to try some more sleep!!
