Fixed my background

Not sure whether my background wasn't working because blogger changed ( AGAIN!) or "The Cutest Blog on the Block" changed. I'll bet they had to change something and I totally missed it. Anyways if anyone is seeing a blank photo bucket notification instead of their background or graphics, try checking the site and redoing it.
